About the Dance Team
The Ames High Dance Team has been entertaining audiences for years. Approximately 30 participants compete on gold and silver teams and represent Ames High at the Iowa State Drill and Dance Contest, held every December. They have traditionally performed pom, hip-hop, contemporary, and co-ed routines.
